So I have a 2005 Freightliner Classic the Bunk AC Blows Ice cold but the front is warm I cannot get it to blow cold air.
I have changed the following
1. Ac Dryer
2. Expansion Valve
3. Compressor
It blows warm air no matter what but the bunk ac is ice cold.
Any suggestions on what I should do?

2005 have a water shut off valve that control heater temperatures that is probably leaking turn the coolant off going to heater core. Second thing cleaning the evaporator coil they get real plugged up with age cause of no air filter. There is no blend door for temperature. The controls are for airflow are power by air pressure not vacuum. That vacuum stuff is for cars and pickups
spsauerland and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
I agree, probably a bad water valve in the cab.
-
do you know where exactly it would be located? -
it should be next to right hand corner once you pull the fuse panel / doghouse panel off
Rideandrepair Thanks this.
