this sounds like ventitubes clogged!

 

I have a 2006 columbia with the detroit 14l i just started having egr problems also but mine throws codes pid 411 fmi 0 when i iam on high gears going up hill or something i loose boost for lime 2-3 seconds then comes on again no rough idle no black smoke and decent mpg i have had the ugly fix chip deal on since i bought truck i have replaced the delta p sensor a while back but with a used one

 

All I can tell you guys is fine some one to reprogram it and you will have one of the best running truck out there,

 

What do you guys think of the pdi tune for the detroit?

I have a freightliner columbia 2007. My truck turbo would not spool boost, after I delivered load truck lost power. It would take a look time to get up to speed and check engine light flashes. I was getting code 39 which is the egr, I replace it still no power .I took a bird beak plyers and adjust boost control on the turbo, then I started getting boost. So I bought the delta p sensor and the vpod . Vpod fixed the problem. I'm only 23 and this my first truck to ever owned so I kept reading online and my problem was solved. I decided to share my story because maybe I can help another truck driver. Stay safe.
