It took about two hours with two people working on it and the door now works perfectly. this truck is a 1999 fdl condo with 1,090,000. miles on it. It has been short haul for 600,000 miles. It is a pleasure too close the the door with very little pressure and hear the proper click.

is there a freightliner fld or classic that doesnt have that problem ? You know to open the door you have to pull and push and wiggle the door while pulling the handle to get it open ?

The hinge may need to be replaced.
