Looking for part number for the exhaust cab brackets I got 94 fld 120 and it’s got single exhaust now and I’m trying to put stacks beside the door wondering if anyone has any part numbers for those cab brackets. Thanks!

Since most of the FLD 120’s had the stacks mounted behind the cab/sleeper it is best to find a classic of that vintage. The cabs are identical. The hoods and sba’s are the only difference.

Thats why I posted it. Lol! That one is hanging up at the Freightliner house in town. Seems they sell a lot of them. I know they have been a hot salvage part for years.

Any salvage yards around you? Got to be a slew of wrecked FLs around.

Before you go and do that, I’d strongly consider the increased noise and resonance in the cab. There’s increased maintenance, with the flex pipe. Lastly, cab-mounted stacks have a different routing of the exhaust off the turbo, with it running right under the floor, which heats up the cab. The frame mounted muffler has a drop, straight off the turbo, keeping the heat away from the cab floor.

My first FLD had the stack behind the cab. My next one had a cab mounted stack, on the right side. The noise increase was incredible…way more than I would’ve thought. Instead of the muffler being under the frame rail, all the noise and resonance was now beside the door. My next FLD was back to the stack behind the cab. There’s no way I’d do what you’re planning.
