If the vibration is speed related, get the steers checked for balance/alignment..

I recently picked up a bad vibration in the front end of my Cascadia. Started about 45 mph. Turned out to be a belt failure in my left steer.

Both steers have been balanced, Im thinking broken belt as well, I do get a small hop going 5mph on the right hand steer, any way for me to check for a broken belt myself?

Jack it up and spin the tire. Set something one the ground (soda can works well) in for or rear of the tire close to the tread, see if the tread gets closer/farther from the can as you spin it.

No tire will be perfect, you'll get a little wobble, but it should not be excessive. Most tire manufacturers say that total tire run-out should be under 0.120", and a driver will not feel any vibration. In my experience, many drivers can feel more than 0.100" run-out. Too much for my liking, Less than 0.100" is acceptable, less than 0.080" is good, IMO. If you don't have a dial indicator, a typical paint stick is 1/8", which is 0.125". If it's that or more, you definitely have a problem.

I'd guess that if you can feel it at 5 mph, it'll be very obvious when you spin it.

I started feeling a wobble when rolling at slow speed as well. Started showing very localized wear on the inside shoulder. When we jacked up the front end and spun yhe wheel it was obviously out of round.
