No problems turning left or right with truck jacked up.

Sounds like a STEERING GEAR. "Box" is way too ambiguous.
You'd need to hook up your PSSA gauge and verify your flows and pressures to determine if the steering gear is relieving or not and then how much it's leaking past the seals. Then you can make the assessment for steering gear and/or pump. Any certified FTL dealer will have access to the STI492 form that lists out what things to check as well as the workshop service manual to follow the procedures.
You weren't overloading your front axle...were you?Halfpint504 Thanks this. -
Not overloading axles as turning to the left is nearly impossible even bobtail ing.
Replaced the water pump, hoses, filter and fluid, not the king pins nor any front end problems. Gotta be the box! Process of elimination. Thanks for your help and suggestions.baha Thanks this. -

I’ve heard of a problem like this, that finally turned out to be the slip joint in steering shan’t binding. Driver ( after replacing everything else) replaced the shaft. Problem solved. Hope that helpsKB3MMX Thanks this.

Half pint what fixed it? I have the same issue with my 2016 cascadia. -
I’d like to know also. There’s a thread on here about 2-3 mos ago. Same problem, it turned out to be slip joint in steering column
KB3MMX Thanks this. -
Isn't there a pressure relief valve for both sides that needs to be set so when you turn full lock it doesn't create to much pressure? Maybe that went bad.
Rideandrepair Thanks this.
