No I probably ran through some snow living in upstate Ny you don't really notice the snow after a while. I get to rewire all my lights every year due to the salt. I'm sure salt plays a role in this also

But I'm the cheap guy that refuses to run my truck sleeping sweating all summer freezing all winter. I actually have enough blankets one is electric I can sleep comfortably down to zero. Not getting out of the bed to start the truck to warm up I haven't mastered that yet.

    Hulld and truckdriver31 Thank this.

I’m not big on idling and most all the time use my generator with either a heater or AC.
But when I go to bed and wake up in the middle of the night either cold or hot I’m not getting up and firing the generator.
So I reach up and start my truck with the bunk ignition switch I installed.

I like that I was thinking remote starter since my clutch don't have a safety switch. You gave me a good idea.

Trying pulling fuses until it shuts off. Ignition switch fuse and instrument cluster fuse. Will tell you where the problem is. You shouldn’t have to pull wires off the fuel pump. Just pull the ecm fuse out

    No
ecm fuse at the batteries won't shut it off for some reason.

It hasn't run on since that one day. I was waiting to try some of the stuff until it did it again. Fuigered it was easier to see if it worked. I guess I'll wait and see.
