Showers expiring was always the pettiest thing the t/s did. We spend reaer end loads on fuel, emergency repairs, etc. We are over charged on everything in that c-store. That shower is alot of times the best part of the day. But we only earned that oppurtunity for 5 days?! My hometime always kills mine.

Buy 1000 gallons at Loves in a calender month and you get unlimited showers and drink refills for the next month. They also let you redeem points at the register to the penny rather than the $5-$10 tickets you get at the other places. I generally fuel at Loves until I get the 1000 then fuel at TA or Petro the rest of the month. Its really nice to be able to shower without fueling or split break and hit a Loves for a 2 hour lunch/shower midtrip.

You actually track your fuel purchases...I can see calculating fuel cost/fuel mileage but where you buy it ...never.

They do it for you. On the bottom of the fuel receipt it tells you how many gallons you need to buy before the end of the month. Usually takes me 2.5-3 weeks.

the loves card lets you use the points right then. when i do fuel at a loves, which is very rare, i at least get a free fountain drink with those points that i just got from the fuel. not sure about the flying pilot or the T/A. i just assess points on the TA card as that is where we do all our OTR fueling when one is available.

and it is a penny earned for every gallon purchased. what a joke. i might have enough points so far this year to buy one of those cheap CB antennas lol
