Fresh outta school!!!

Im with a company thats small.Owner is an awesome dude.All depends.He pays me well and loves giving advice.Cool dude.

 

Well you know for new student driver I was never offer more than $0.22 to $0.38 a mile with the bigger greedy company in their best day .yet the smallest companies offer exceeded the maximum $0.38 cent a mile .. Everywhere I Go the money is good with a smaller company they never offer me less than $0.50 a mile. Money-wise and it makes no sense to work for less money while doing the same thing .that's just me.
