There is an ad in the philly craigslist stating they need local area drivers ( Still run sleepers though). I spoke to a recruiter who had to wait to get back to me later with the details of the position because apparently it's so "rare" to open this position up. She stated home every night with the occasional layover, $1,100 wk some weekend work.

Sounds like something dedicated? Anyone know anything about it or what you guys got going on in this area? I didn't get to ask but I'm assuming you can take the truck home?

No idea, I usually run meat into Philly and usually pick up produce at the port to go back west.

Where did you end up after miller

 

I'm back at Freymiller. I left, for about 4 months, to take care of some "stuff" at home.

 

Have they gotten better than before with your issues you had with them

 

Yes. They have done everything they said they would. I'm glad to be back. Driving for Freymiller was my dream job.
