Fridges, factory or otherwise?

    I have a similar concoction in a truckfridge freezer which is 2cu ft. It's powered via AC or DC so no problem plugging it into the DC/cigar input on the truck.
    Thats what I do with mine and switch over to AC power when I get home. Works great
    of course they're no cheap but you get what you pay for. They use very little power.
    Those coolers that some guys have don't even come close to the efficiency of the Wynter, or similar.
    it will be $$ well spent.

    Did you have a double bunk in there? Those roll top cubbies are on the side walls in mine and the back wall has a sliding window.
