pOINT BEING....HE STILL DID IT..HE STILL WENT TO JAIL FOR IT..... like I said give advice that will help...not just what the folks want to hear..you're not doing the OP or ANYONE with a similar past any favors by telling them what they want to hear...........What ever happened to accepting personal responsibility for your actions...paying your "debt to society" and being honest about it on a job application......I'd rather hire hire an honest person with a "past not so clean" than a person willing to lie , just to get hired....if that guy had an accident , and killed someone , a really good lawyer would dig , and dig to find any "DIRT" THAT HE COULD , and if the guy served time there is a record of it........ Then there goes everything that the company owner had worked to build..down the drain in a lawsuit...think about it......or not.... you seem to know so much more about these things......geezzzzzzz

like I said if its not showing on his record what is the point. like I said he need to pull his record if its not on there that mean that it don't count. you sit high on a hog telling that the truth is the only way. and U CAN NOT SAY IN ALL YOUR DAYS LIVING U TOLD THE TRUTH EVERY SINGLE MINUTE OF THE DAY OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!! im quite sure u bent the truth to get what u wanted. it's like im gonna continue to say IF INCIDENT NOT SHOWING ON HIS RECORD THERE IS NO POINT IN TELLING!!!!!!!! its people like u that want give a man a second chance geeezzzzz!!!!!!. sometime its beneficial to leave out some information. WHAT THEY DONT NO WANT HURT HIM!!!!!

I guess Obama taught you that one....no I'm not closed minded......just honest to people...I'd rather tell a ROOKIE THE TRUTH ABOUT HIS CHANCES OF GETTING HIRED , THAN TO GIVE THEM FALSE HOPE , AND HAVE THEM SPEND VALUABLE TIME AND MAYBE MONEY THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE ON A PIPE DREAM...... that's called trying to help....not coming on a web site with 2 years experience and try to impress everyone with your typing ability...u no.......You can however have the last word on this one...you win........

Closed minded? Look at the applications. They state if any false or Mis-representations you will be immediately terminated. It won't be on a DAC but if they truly did a refusal it will be on the MVR. If not than someone is bending the story to inflate their ego.
