From Company driver to L/P

Oh well that didn't last long. They sent him to get a trailer they said was loaded yesterday. He gets to VA to find out it will not be ready till Sat at 7pm. He told them to give it back to original driver and he came home. What a waste of time and fuel. Someone had a good laugh we know who what he doesn't know is what will happen to him now for messing with us.

Anyway, hubby now staying home for full 10 days. It's illegal for him to drive for them as truck is paid for and owned by another company. We are paying to have equipment removed proper as if done in correctly can make truck not run. Thank goodness we have a great mechanic shop here local Crick Enterprise on 11e Greeneville TN. So we will also have to remove rest of signage. Tomorrow we take roosters and some ducks to auction then start pulling fence stupid brother in law put in.

 

The title is being taken out of the loan the company did as collateral. So we are waiting on the old company to get it from loan company and send it to us. They Equity told us 14 days max from this past Thursday.
The loan they did was this past winter.
This is why it's smart to look at your company before hand. No mater what size you can still have issues.

 

It feels good to have decal and all old numbers off truck. Truck will be in on Tuesday to have camera, eld and gps removed. They will install new company gps but that is all we need now. Still waiting on Citi Corp to release title to Equity so they can send it to us. This is nuts to say the least. We have heard since of 3 people giving notice that's in office. One was hubby's dispatcher one that does the title work and one who deals with OO payments. One of those I know for a fact is joining spouse in their business.
