Well done driver. That ### hat should have slowed down and fallen behind the other truck.

I know how my Bessie gets slaughtered... I call the meat processor and he sends a mobile processing truck to my yard.

.22 Mag between the eyes, big knife across throat, chain to back legs... Bessie goes up, blood goes down. 10 mins for 2 guys to pull Bessies hide off and empty her innards onto the ground. If all I want is roasts and steaks they do it in the truck in about 2 hours... If I want all the fancy cuts and burger they take it to the processors place and I get it in a week.

When they leave my place all thats left of Bessie is a puddle of blood, and a pile of semi digested hay from her stomach.

I baled a lots of hay in the dodge city area, they must have moved it since then. lol
    Just kidding driver. lol

I used to run 54 all the time and did a lot of passing on it back in the 55 days, never needed to crowd anyone though.

I’d rather haul cattle than be a bus driver.
Happens on the interstate too. And it’s MUCH more frightening.
    Where is everyone #5
    And the other one.
    cb usage???

No. Maybe you don’t remember or never heard about it...

In 1974 I believe, there was an oil embargo. One act in response to it was the nationwide speed limit of 55. That was in effect for roughly 20 years.

Given that choice I think I could learn to deal with cattle.

55 as in speed limit. lol
The heck of it, some of the trucks we had back then would run way faster than most of todays trucks, breaking 100 was no problem for a lot of them. lol
