I always try the other door and open the frozen door from the inside.

Invest in a can of white lithium spray grease. Keep it in the truck. When you are waiting to load or unload spray all your locks. They will never freeze again and they will work way better. I also spray the latch mechanism makes it work better too.

I had a air blow gun plumbed into my drivers seat air supply, and on a wet day and knew it was going to freeze later, I'd give the door lock a shot of air, and a little WD-40, and I never had a problem. I saw this at a car wash in winter, where after they were done with the car, they had an air hose with a blow gun, and gave the locks a shot of air.

I had to use a little blow torch the other day. Flicked the cig lighter to start the torch, warmed up the lock for a little while, and it bust it loose

Purchase 1 can of burton butane, Insert tip into keyhole and release entire contents.. Iignite with bic lighter
