Nobody said anything about molesting a child. Maybe the dude did something like get into a fight, catch an assault case...who knows? You sure as heck don't but you will be the first to cast a stone, wont you?

You can't tell me that you've "drank like a sailor" and have never done anything to break the law. If so, then I say you are a liar. Period.

Some people screw up and make mistakes. If they pay their price and prove they have changed, then they shouldn't carry that with them forever. People are constantly given other chances in other professions...you can't convince me that the trucking industry is so much better that those same people should be banned. If that's the case....we need a little higher pay scale.

I read alot of post on here and there are a few who act like jerks . I am glad to see there are real people on here . When a man is trying to better him self and his crimes are old and has a proven work history. Why do people fined the nead to beat them down . This country was fonded on christians and there beliefs and we all nead to help each other . So I ask the ones who act nasty if you had a tire fire or some other mishap and some one stoped to help you would you ask them if they were a convected fellon first or just be glad they were there to help . I'll be praying for the nasty ones ! Thank you to all who try to help . I was no boyscout either but that was a long time ago and I'm a different man now

Sooo, your saying that we should get all sugary, and sweet for him?

This ain't that place for that.
Life for the drivers who have squeaky clean records is hard enough, without adding felonies and other serious blemishes to the mix.
