    I found a small t/s just north of ta. Had plenty of space to break out the grill and have fresh burgers. Actually did 10 hrs. in the sleeper instead of the usual 8 hrs. When I went in to get a cup of coffee I discovered something amazing. The cashier was at the cash register instead of mopping floors, counting cigarettes, restocking shelves, etc. etc. Actually didn't have to spend twenty minutes in line waiting for a customer (that doesn't speak English) to have a transaction approved. 20200104_130312.jpg

    What small t/a would that be? I'm in and thru DFW quite a bit, but only a small handful of times have I ever shut down there. It'd be nice to know of since alternatives to the known chain locations....thanks in advance.

    If you find yourself close to Alvord, TX. We have a new Monthly Truck parking lot opening soon. Hope to be able to share more info on this site soon.
    If you need short term there is a smaller style truck stop next door, Paradise Quick stop, Fuel, Scales and even a Burger King.
