Yes that would be about right. 1oz per 25 gal of fuel. I have gone from 7.9mpg on my 30 day average to 8.6. And if you're skeptical you can go to Letstruck.com sign into fuel gauges and look up truck BRE344 all my fuel ups are in their, along with my average since the day I bought my truck. You can also check out hundreds of others that use the app. It's a great tool for tracking fuel economy and cost per mile.

 

Another plus is your DEF usage also goes down. My average is about 300mpg. Thats how you know it's cutting down on the soot.

Used to be when Mallinson was on his show that no matter the issue the caller had it was “get by our shop. You need our manifold and crankshaft damper and power box”. Now every week on the Power Hour everyone that calls in no matter the engine or issue it’s “You need to call and order some of our fuel catalyst”. It’s basically unlistenable at this point.

 

When a salesman starts telling you what you need it's time to walk away.

 

Trucks still get just over 5mpg when the idle 50 percent. Or when APU is red lighted.
