I know there is a rhyme and reason to the fuel bonus program, but for the life of me I can not figure it out by looking at the paystub. Some weeks it is .008, some weeks .004 and others it is .014 - Is there a calculation that I can use to figure it base on his miles?

Sorry is I am a pest with this stuff, but even though he is company driver we try to manage our side of it like a l/o or o/o - just on the off chance we decide to take that route then we are already in the habit of the management practice.

Thanks for helping me with these things...

Tell him to go to his fleet manager and ask for a printout of the fuel bonus program. It specifically lists what the bonus is at every mile per gallon. I lost my sheet, otherwise I'd type it out for you. But his FM should have one.
