There is absolutely no way to answer that, way to many variables. I have a 15 680, 10 speed with 336 rear ends. Right now I average 8.6 but there are alot of things I do to accomplish that. Another driver in that truck might only get a 7 just depending on their driving style.

 

What size wheels, transmissions, rears, how are they specd on tune, how much do they weigh, lots of city driving or over mountains constantly, there are soooo many variables before you even get into driving habits so that is gonna be near impossible to answer.

 

Very difficult to answer without more info.

11L, 13L or 15L?

 

I just finished filing my IFTA return and my MPG on a 2019 T680 was 8.9. Their system wouldn't let me finish because the mileage was too high. I had to call the IFTA office to explain that I have a new efficient truck and most of the miles I did last quarter were flat western and central plains states. The first quarter my mileage was 8.0 and that was all west coast driving in CA, OR and WA with the hills.

 

Really hard to say because of so many variables

However truck wise, I’d get a Volvo 760, NOT the larger 860
I drove both and the 860 is horrible to drive in windy conditions, my truck looks like it’s got a suspension problem

 

I like the 860. Every one I drove feels top heavy tho? I know that probably sounds stupid but they feel like they rock side to side a lot. Have you ever noticed that or I am just an idiot?
