Fuel Island...THE RULES!!!!!

Blizzard?? Its 70* here. We would rescue you but you don't like our fueling practices...hitchhike with a 4wheeler! j/k have a safe trip young jedi

 

Here's one I hadn't witnessed before:

Pilot, I-75 in Valdosta, GA, last week...Tuesday, I believe.

Just about 5:30PM, I pull in to park for the night. The second and third fuel islands (counting from the building out) are blocked with trash cans because they are being pressure washed.

Empty flatbed pulls up (not a major company). I recognize him because he just pulled OUT of a spot opposite of where I parked. He gets out...his dog yapping after him...and he goes in and showers...but only after parking square between the two barrels blocking the two islands!

Needless to say, by the time he got out, one of the islands was open again. He gets back in, and returns to the back row of the truckstop.

I thought I had seen it all.

 

I was in Florida last wk sooooo.

I have nut warmers...they sell em as hot handz!

 

Don't make me get cassie's unit # and track you down at the pump.

 

drove up front to shower THEN drives back t the same spot? oh man, THATS the definition of lazy.

Surely theres some sort of man points lost here or something.

 

One of MY pet peaves at the fuel isle is when someone pulls in and starts barking orders on the CB trying to get ahead of people who have been there for awhile when they don't know what the ##### is going on and there is a reason that people are just sitting there. A little patience at the fuel pumps goes a long way and might save your job.

 

Stop thinking of blizzards and cold temps!!

 

Speaking of blizzards....ill take a oreo blizzard if you're round a DQ.
