Hello I have a 2014 cat truck but it has a maxxforce 13 as a power plant. I had a high pressure fuel pump fail( leaking fuel out the top) so we put a new one in. It sat at the shop getting a trans service done immediately after pump was installed.when I picked it up from the shop and drove home it fell on its face and died, It went to the dealer and I was told they found metal in the fuel system and it needed the entire fuel system replaced which would cost about 16k. So I pulled that new pump got a new one, cleaned the entire fuel system, so new pump all cleaned new sensors new relief valve, everything but the injectors. Truck is still giving me a fuel system monitor code of 3055-16. I noticed it roaling coal pretty good and realized it had no boost. Pressure tested and found pretty big leak at the inner charge cooler. Replaced charge cooler and still have no boost... Still the same code, still no boost, the wastegate is not siezed so ????????

Ok, rolling coal means for sure your DPF is no good or you have a deleted engine.

You need Navistar Engine Diagnostics for that. I do not know if any other third party software can perform this test. The test will increase engine rpm and then cycle the EGR valve and you watch for a boost pressure drop, then it will cycle closed the exhaust back pressure valve and you will an increase in turbo charger 2 outlet pressure and it will cycle the turbo waste gate and you will watch for a total drop in boost pressure.
