    Yep, it's no secret they're just paying OT lip service. Shameful really.

    Linehaul compensation on the other hand is excellent, as is company vacation, holiday, and 401k profit sharing.

    Estes has a terminal in Columbus and does a dock to driver program, the school is actually in Columbus.

    You'll start off part time as a dock worker there though unless you can get a jockey gig or driver trainee position.
