my truck is open ..... im done here for a number of reasons ... most of all because of communication.......... this has been the worst place i've ever been as far as communicating, tons of broken promises, no phone calls being returned, when someone does answer a call they just pass the buck onto someone else and nothing is done about it.... im still owed money from weeks ago that i have not seen yet.... my truck was great and such, the people for the most part were nice.... but they need serious work on the running the show department... potential is there but getting anything done has been like pulling teeth from a bear... just not happening..... and yes, without a doubt they have their special drivers they take care of... but so do alot of other places ....... so if ya want an open truck there is one on the way.............. good luck
and they have trucks open, dont let anyone fool you .... lol

Good luck with whatever you do. I think all the negativity here is actually pretty funny. I have heard these same stories from other places and when I get there it is nowhere as bad as some say. A job is what you make of it. i believe if you are unhappy about it move on. There is no reason to bash the place or people. I am not saying it is going to be better for me. I could be making a terrible mistake, but it is my mistake to make.
i think for a company that is only 4 years old they are doing ok. Growing pains... I guess I am just a glass half full type of guy. I only see negativity from 3 or 4 guys. what about the other 120 or so? just sayin...
Not trying to ruffle any feathers here. Just pointing out that it is all perspective....highwayman and Daniel.trawick Thank this. -
i understand what you saying -
LOL I also understand what you are saying.
Like I said Good Luck and I really hope things work out for you. -
Sorry things didn't work out for ya. You hard the worst time that I have ever seen with this company. Sorry that I talk you into appling. I hope the next place is a better fit and that is works out a lot better. Once again sorry for what you had to go through. Take care and be safe. Call me if you like to just shoot the breeze.

i will still be in touch with you Daniel, ive had alot going on and have not gotten back with you but i will stay in touch .... and dont be sorry nothing that happened is or was your fault it's just how the cards fell for me... i do truly believe FRE has the potential to be awsome there are just certain area's that need some attention and working on ..... trust me i'm not hating on them, i am however a bit dissapointed but things happen no matter where in this biz ... and its not like im jumping around, its just the things and that have happened to me here is like a domino effect.. a tailspin that i had to jump out of... nothing against anyone particular person at FRE ..... i do thank you for all the help you were, your a very cool dude in my book and like i said i will stay in touch and we can still get together when the time is right and your in my neck of the woods....thanks man, i'll let ya know whats up -
Good luck to you highway man, I got a chance to meet Daniel in person and he is very cool guy and a fellow veteran.
Good luck on your new adventures. I myself agree there is "lack of communication" in some areas, but I am willing to work with as I am still making more money than my last job and that's what counts. The company is not bad, there are some great people working here. I think a meeting with driver advocates and operations is imperative to keep the finger pointing to a minimum and address it so we can be even better. There were a few trucks in Aurora not sure what they were all sitting for. I also seen about 8 people coming in orientation soon. Don is simply a funny guy and pretty balanced and fair. Just my opinion. Now the miles I have been closing out isnt matching my pay. I am working on trying to get a return call from payroll to make sense of it. It would be much easier if all the statements were emailed so we can look and detail everything instead of waiting to get home since i have no one to assist in that area, and now that I am home finally, I cant get anyone to call me back reguarding them.Daniel.trawick Thanks this. -
Anyone been to the Kroger Dist in EastPoint, GA? Well it sucks bad! Poorly lit, unsafe area, and many trip hazards. Be ready to park way down the road on the wrong side of the street and walk back to truck and hopefully dont get chased by 3 dogs one being a pitbull that were very aggressive. I was not happy, drove all night only to be told by security must park to check in and then drive up immediately after. Really? I think security is union workers too. I got real close to being bitten, I am glad i didnt get bit. I was not planning on immediate exercise that early 4am after starting at 4pm. So be careful of untrained dogs that were out on the road. Run it over if you need to.
Daniel.trawick Thanks this. -
Very True! She is the Dynamite Engine of all of us wheels!

Yep, Kroger Sux.
You can call and talk to the Payroll lady (don't remember her name) she will Email you the statements.
I get them emailed and mailed, reason I wanted them emailed is so I can see my pay before I get it in the bank, but I always get them after I get paid anyway, not sure why.
As far as pay goes I have found that the MT miles get split from the loaded miles quite often.
Might get paid for MT miles one week and loaded the next, doesn't make much sense but I am just a Driver so....
