Waiting for a call from don. Can anybody fill me in on the interview? I cant come off the road for that..thx

 

you have to go through the interview before you can get hired

 

I stop by Omaha to speak with John directly trailers are coming around New Years/Christmas . I also spoke to him about the communication issues and they are in progress being fixed. so hang on guys it's not that bad but yes I agree the communication can be better. and all you guys trying to get in touch with Michelle she's been real real busy. she's a very talented multi tasker she's very busy though. I did what I can to help all of us as a team.

 

It was different than any other interview i have ever done. just be prepared to talk about anything and everything.
I did my physical today now sitting in the hotel waiting for tomorrow....

 

When they "implemented" the trailer inspection sheet with every load I think they thought that'd help but unless the DRIVER puts the trailer out of service and writes it up when dropping it that trailer inspection sheet while good in concept does no good when their not immediately looked at and drivers are grabbing trailers before they can be fixed.

And, it is also obvious a lot of drivers don't care and just drop the trailers without writing them up because they only care about themselves.

 

I hope that really is the case with the trailers but I'm not holding my breath. They've been saying their buying new/used trailers for a LONG time and they still haven't got any. I hope if they do get them around the holidays that doesn't cut into our year end bonus check.

 

I did my Interview and Physical the first day I got there.

 

I could have done them both Friday, but I only had time for the drug test.
