New freight lanes EXCEPT when you come back to Denver where you SIT waiting for a CRAPPY load that I don't even want. Ah, the joys of trucking.

Talked to Don yesterday after faxing in my app again and he looked over it and said everything looked good and would prob. start orientation in New Albany Tuesday if they got truck back from Memphis. Called me this morning and I'm good to go for next week. Glad to be joining the family.

How much stuff can you run on those APU's? By no means new to trucking. But I am new to Reefer, APU's, and E-log. Any advise?
-
I have No experience with the diesel powered apu... how do I get the inverter to work??????
-
The APU will vary depending on what kinda truck you get.
-
What kinda APU do you have Omc?
-
Smokey5366 keep me informed on how things are going... I live in batesville and have been kind of keeping an eye on this forum.. Thinking of doing something different.

Ok dynosys: if APU is running but no power out if recep. Turn on then off the ac as that gives a power boost from the gen to start up. Power should be on on recep.
Carrier: if APU is running do the same as dynosys but you can also turn on heat on low power. Will do the same as ac but if heater is on high it turns off the power to recep as it is needed to run heater on high.
If both do not work you will need to look up the trouble shooting in the manual to see if there is anything you can do. If not call Mark to have you APU taken to a shop for any repairs that might be need or services. -
When I had problems pulling the pins I used a spring and 2 clamps. One clamp on the handle and one on the edge of the trailer and the spring in between the clamps. Just make sure you get the right size spring so it pulls the handle. After putting the clamps and spring on get in the truck and rock it couple of times then the pins should be pulled. It works pretty good. Hopes this makes someone's job easier.
Daniel.trawick Thanks this.
