Got a Tire Replaced on the Trailer I dropped at Tyson.
The Trailer I picked up was missing a Mudflap.
And the Turn Signals on the Left weren't working.
Just found out this Truck has one fuse for each side (turn signals).Daniel.trawick Thanks this. -
Needed to be Home by Monday so I could go to Germany. Flight from KC to ATL leaves Mon morning.
Told Robin way in Advance she just took some time off.
Yesterday Michelle called me and told me they're trying to get me Home by Sunday and trying to get a load to Emporia from Amr.
Got the load it was not even late coming out. Just delivered
So I'm happy about that.
Now if we could only get some decent Weekend / Night people.
At 545pm I asked about getting an MT, still waiting on an Answer.
Now I'll pretty much have to spend the night here. Can't make it home now.
Thing is they could have asked Tyson about MTs this morning.holycow Thanks this. -

14 hours past my DDT here in Grand Island and I am still waiting. This is the third time that I have significant wait time ona JBS Swift load. 24 hours, 40 hours and now however long this one will take. I haven't even been paid detention for the last two. I am not expecting it this time either. I am always told "We have it documented with the shipper and you WILL be paid detention." It's now to the point that the next JBS Swift load I get, I will turn down.

26 hours now. I am not the only truck sitting at the Pilot either . There are at least two others that I have seen. I pray that they will finally start letting JBS Swift go as a customer. As good as these loads must pay, they are not worth hanging onto if drivers have to wait forever to pick em up.
platinum Thanks this. -

Had a shockingly good weekend both of my meat loads were ready EARLY. Stopped in OK and had some REALLY good luck. Found some delicous BBQ. Had 1190 already to start this week. And an awesome preplan outta GA. Granted this is doesn't happen often but I'm happy as hell when it does.
