Not that I was jumping him. I was just trying to point out that we need to move more toward working together. We need to be all on the same note to get things to change. Pointing fingered and laying blame isn't and hadn't worked. If we all do that thing that never happens ( stick together ) then I think things will change at a faster rate.

 

This is one thing I have been working on to change along with layover. Not right that we don't get paid for the wait when we have no choice in it. I am about ready to park the truck after having to wait so long to pick up to force them to pay me for waiting bi know that is not the right thing to do but something needs to be done. We all need to start emailing this to Bill and at the sanetime request a meeting with him. I know I have been email him but one voice isn't loud enough. This is the ( stick together ) part I was talking about. The more drivers that talk about the same issues will show Bill that it is not no small thing. I have said it before that I don't care if I get fired for doing what I think is right for the company and its drivers. But having support onthe act always help.

 

Well last day at home I think. I have a PTA of 11/06/12 0900 so we will see. Going to clean the truck. Shampoo the carpet and wash clothes. Got most my shopping done just need to put it in the truck. Going to be a busy but slow day...lol. Daughter is home from school today for feeling sick so will have to keep a eye on her. Have a good day everyone and stay safe out there.

 

True, but it is better going to the big guy with a issue with a solution then going to him just saying the she killed one company and is doing it to this one. By doing that it sounds more like a personnel issue then a driver as a whole issue.

 

I am to head out tomorrow platinum but I still don't have a preplan.
