    Update: Got permission to drop loaded trailer at Tyson so they can "babysit" it. Picking up my load in the AM headed to La Porte. Hopefully I get a load Wednesday so I can move over the holiday.

    Sometimes I think only a few drivers care and maybe FM but operations is just not knowledgeable enough to run this outfit. I cant put my finger on it but it would seem a company the size of FR would want top people at the top. Something ain't right.

    Well tennesse I have to disagree. Omaha isn't the one that matters, it is the first mistake that FRE made. We do need to keep doing what we are doing to hopefully impove FRE. But I am starting to get the feeling that everyone but omaha is willing to make the changes needed. I am for the drivers but also wanting to help get FRE to the level it can be. But I think omaha is thinking that a driver can be replaced with another. They are failing to see that the drivers here is what is making this company. Without us FRE folds. Also tennesse not to be mean or anything. But I think your buddy needs to get off his butt and start trying to fix these issues instead of telling you what he thinks he knows about the drivers here. I know everyone has done the poke the finger at whomever. If we can stop that and get all that in a productive manner then maybe we can get things moving along. I have been trying for a few months now in doing so but lossing speed fast....lol. Like I have said before I am not here for and recruitment bonus. I am here to help out my fellow drivers but I need help in that area myself. I hope everyone going home for thanksgiving gets home. Have a great and safe weekend everyone. Please don't lose sight of what we are trying to do here and bless you all for not giving up.

    Delivered my Load in Loveland yesterday.
    They gave me a load of Furniture out of Aurora going to Wichita.

    Guess they were needing MT Trailers pretty bad the one I dropped off didn't sit there for 10 minutes before they moved it in a door.

    Got another lucky XTra Trailer 22. It does seem to be pulling pretty good. Not sure where they will send me from here hoping Emporia so I can get rid of this Trlr.

    Spent some good times in the shop with 22 about a month back. Then had to have it taken to ct powers to have the trl align because of it dog legging.

    Hope everyone has a better week. Glad i dont check this forum as much. Getting burned out reading negative posts. Personally i think Michelle in Omaha is doing a great job. Without her we all quit.
