We will be swapping more than swingers that week. Hopefully not sitting as I don't sit well unless I'm being paid layover. At least if we do have to sit there will be prime parking spots at the truck stops.

I ended up with a problem also, 200 mile dh after a 0630 delivery mon am for a 400 mile load from jackson, ms to new orleans and back to memphis, why not just new Albany. Less dh miles. On top ofp that both put me out of hours to pick up or deliver On time. Not sure who gave me this preplan but this was poorly planned. It has a 0800 delivery my new day appt was at 2230 and im.still being loaded at 1230am.am If i get tired i m going to bed, they get it when they get it. Im frustrated couldnt a sleep during day due to buckwheat air airhorn me to get my attention he wanted my parking spot.

Got to Tyson this morning to pickup going to Alabama this time. Had a hard time getting the trailer tandems to slide. None of my tires are above 80 psi and the annual inspection expires in three days. Not to mention an air leak as well. After all that, my bills then say 45,500 lbs. I knew I was going to be over. Went to the Pilot to scale anyway, and I am 1140 lbs over. Came back over here and have been sitting for over 4 hours waiting to be reworked.

I have had quite a few conversations with various office personel today letting them know my unhappiness. Hopefully December brings about a change, or I won't be here much longer come 2013.

Hilarious! All you ex-JBS drivers bolted to the beautiful green Furniture Row grass, and now you've got all the same complaints you had when you left JBS! "Bad planning, communication sucks, no miles, not enough FM's, nobody cares about the drivers, wah-wah-wah." I thought you and the geniuses in the FRE office had it all figured out - what happened?

I just saw a perfect example of why some of the trailers are in the shape that they are in. Driver negligence and plain ignorance. The driver didn't know how to slide a trailer with an air slide so he decided to beat on the air slide button with a hammer and then was shocked when said button broke off. I feel sorry for the driver who has to deal with trailer after him.

Agreed, the Driver was definitely in the wrong. (a complete ####### at that)
But I believe communicationplays a bit into it as well.
Something like that they could make out a Handout explaining the proper procedure and give it out during Orientation.

I came from Swift...never worked the Air Slides either, my first Load Drop/Hook in Holcomb I PU a Trailer with the Air Slide.
Was scratching my head...luckily that one had instructions on a sticker on the Trailer. Some don't have those anymore.

Dropped my 2nd Stop in Indianola at Supervalu this morning -that place Sux biiiig time.

They gave me a load of Furniture out of New Albany, going to Rapid Citys SD.
I checked the Wx Forecast for Rapid City, and I should not run into any Snow either.

I like how other non FRE drivers come on here and talk like they know what they are talking about. All the ex- Jbs divers is me if you must know. Also if you have nothing to do with FRE then please keep you slow minded self with what ever company your with. Or better yet come tell us the place that does have everything you talk about. As I see it there is no company that does. But at less here we are working together in trying to make that change. See that going on in any other company?

    Sorry..
How come they took it off?
If it's Lubbock and Amarillo that's a good run too.

Not going to that one Balakov. He is getting empty in Memphis.

No preplan yet. Must have thrown a wrench in the system when I picked up a load I wasn't planed on.
