No, that wasn't me. But I did see the Pete. I believe they were getting their load as I was dropping my trailer. This is the only JBS plant that I ever have a time issue with. The guard told me that they were running behind because of the snow and because they had some equipment failure earlier today. Whatever I don't care about their excuses I just want my load. Hopefully you will be able to get yours and get going. Have a Merry Christmas.

 

I got it at 1930. Made it to Oklahoma city and it's time for bed.

 

Sure is nice to sit still for a while! Slept all day saturday. got to clean out the truck today and find where all the dust and dirt is comming from on this pete. lifted the bed up and noticed all kinds of dirt and dust on the bed rails and around the storage area. bought some foam insulation to try and seal it up... oh and can anyone suggest a good CB shop? mine is closed for christmas and my connex is shorting out for some reason.

 

Didn't have a set appointment on this load. They resent the load info with appointment this morning.
Delivery set for the 27th.
Won't be staying out next Christmas.

 

i was'nt going to stay out but they had me delivering the 2nd drop on this load on the 24th at wal-mart in new albany at 1500 and then going home 8 hrs away.so i said i would just stay out.i understand where they are comming from when jon let 43 drivers have at least 7 days off.ill do what i can to help and then when everyone get back to work i will take my time off and enjoy christmas late without all the kay-oss...grabbing load in yard after this one and going to the black hole...denver,co

Made it to San Antonio tonight. Going to have to a split in order to make on time delivery though. Hopefully my Qualcomm comes back up. I haven't had cell reception on it for the last 18 hours. Used the dead switch on the cascadia to hopefully to get it to reset. No luck so far.

I don't think I will mind spending Christmas down in southern Texas then.

Getting unloaded at my second stop, 10 doors down from the first one . Nothing for a re-load yet. I'll probably just head back to the Flying J and wash the truck and get a trailer washout while I'm at it.
