glad everything is working out for u bumper.fre is a great place to work if u do ur part.being that u were an owner op will help u here.that is how u have to approach it here.make ur own choices and live with them.they will not manage ur truck for u like other companies do.thats why i love it here.if everyone was responsable and did their part it would be even better here.our new management seems to understand that and are working towards putting the right pieces in place for that.hope it works out for u here...no other place like fre

i finally made it to aurora where i off load at 1700.made it just in time before they shut the roads down from limon west bound.east bound had a swift lose it and block the freeway at mm 106.it was slick and foggy so u can guess what happened.when i went threw there it was only the swift truck crossways so it had just happened.i tried to warn the other trucks going east but no one had their radio on.a driver later was saying on the CB that it was a mess because everyone was running off the road and into each other because they couldnt see till it was too late.thats why i hate running in this stuff anymore.no CB's and no common sense.i didnt think the roads were that bad but only takes one inexperienced driver to hit their brakes when they hit ice and everything goes crazy
platinum Thanks this. -
Boy am I glad that I wont even be in Denver until tomorrow afternoon, and then only a short shuttle ride to the La Quinta on Tower. Nasty stuff that snow and ice if your not ready for it.

My brother passed this afternoon he went peacefully, and fought a good fight . He's better off know ,no suffering where he's bound thanks for all your support guys and gals should be back out by Wednesday see you all then

well the road east on 70 is still shut down.the swift that jacked knifed was taken out by another truck that couldnt stop on the ice.i hate to see other drivers get into accidents.most of the time i believe that bad things happen to new drivers because they were with trainers who didnt care and didnt teach anything.i feel real bad for those drivers who were involved...not good

my heart is heavy for u and ur family frogman
-
Sorry to hear frogman. I haven't head from you in a few days and was hoping things was getting better. My heart goes out to you and your family. My your brother rest in peace.

Sometimes ya just have to say enough is enough. Unfortunatly some new drivers feel they will be looked down upon for not driving in adverse weather conditions. Too many Billy Big Rigers out there on the CB yelling at them to hurry up because they are in a hurry to get somewhere. I hope no one was seriously hurt in any of those accidents.

I havent met you yet Frogman, but what Daniel said is how I feel too. God bless your family in this time of pain.
