I wonder if we will be seeing a change after all this shakes out:
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam's travel center company for "many years" engaged in a fraud scheme to keep millions of dollars owed to customers as gas rebates, according to documents filed in federal court Thursday.
The documents further say Haslam knew about the fraud committed by top sales officials at his family business, Pilot Flying J, in which employees fleeced unsophisticated trucking companies through a company-wide rebate program, the documents say.
A 120-page affidavit for a search warrant filed in U.S. District Court in Knoxville, Tenn., says Pilot Flying J sales employees withheld fuel price rebates and discounts from certain companies to boost the profitability of the company and increase their sales commissions. The affidavit says FBI and IRS agents are investigating charges of conspiracy, mail fraud and wire fraud. -

As for the trl's. I still don't think anyone is tracking them properly. The trl that is out dated on the inspection should have been pointed out a month ago by the office and directed to either Denver or new Albany to have one done at either shops. By it not being done shows that they are not using the software they have to track the equipment yet. Someone needs to sit down for a month to input all the data on the equipment in the computer so whoever is the maintenance job can track the equipment on the computer and get alerts when's something is getting close to needing a service or inspection.

agreed and daily inventory and pre trip, 2 full circles around the lot will cover that and have green and red tags on hand to identify what needs repaired. Anyone can talk, Mike is missed, He did what he could. It clear nothing has been done with trailers since his departure. -

Bumper, maybe he will ask you to deliver a trailer for him like he has so many others. I dont know how you can check trailers being in the office in a chair all day. just sayin.
Bumper Thanks this.
