Was told to go back to truck stop so its going to be awhike before i get unloaded. Was approved for inly 80.00 detention which is bullshat!

 

My wife andare thinking about hiring on, we have researched them well and will be driving for the reefer division more to come after app has been approved.

 

Found out orientation is three days without pay and you have to provide your own food most companies will pay you at least something and most even pay for one meal a day I have been out here a long time and font understand how a company can be so tight foisted with up front exspenses. IM not labeling the company but to me that isnt right.

 

They dont fly you either, just bus from what i understand.

I'm not trying to be a jerk here but if this bothers you then don't apply, I made it through, they put you in a darn nice 4 star hotel, and you are rolling by noon on Wednesday, not to mention the nice equipment, go over to JBS where they treat you like crap make you jump through hoops like a dog for your physical, oh yeah and make you test for sleep apnea, and let someone who wants a good job and doesn't complain before they get there have one, I've got a guy lines up right now that wants to work.

 

Also this is a private fleet, and if you've never worked ofr one things are a lot different, the operations are run similar to retail, if you went to work as a salesman in one of their stores I can guarantee you they wouldn't pay him for orientation either.

 

I took the Greeley Shuttle 41.00 and 45 min. later I was there LOL.And also they fly people in we had 2 in our orientation that did, I think it is a case by case basis depending on how far away you live.

 

Good to know there jbsman. I still. recommend FRE from what all yall have said,even though I probably wont be working there.
