I was just out in my parked truck getting some things put away and my QC came up and was running fine.

Quick question, I'm bringing some furniture in to aurora from New Albany tonight. It's scheduled to deliver at 0900 tomorrow and then I have to PU in Ft Collins by noon to go all the way to Amarillo (no complaints. They've done good by me so far) for Friday morning. Do I just drop the trailer and leave a copy of the bills in the box or do I need to stick around to get them signed in the morning?

Drop the loaded in the back. Fill out a load sheet in the black mail box up front. Leave the Bol's in the black mail box. Do you arrival call, then empty. Find a empty trl to take to AB. If you have the # to call on your load call tonight. Never know your load might be ready already.

Amarillo AB is by appointment only. That is one of the AB's that doesn't do fcfs.

I appreciate the info, sir. I started in Tulsa, so my time will be burnt when I get in. I imagine I'll grab a trailer and crash for the night then haul up to AB. I suppose I'll take tomorrow as an easy day. My last week had been 600+ a day. Get down to Amarillo, have a steak and unload Friday. Hopefully it sets me up for a good weekend run or one through the house. I don't need to keep a copy of the bills I'm dropping tonight? I thought they needed to be transflo'd.

Best bet at Amarillo AB is to be parked in front of their gate at 0600. They will get you in. Do not show up at 1000, they will not. At least that has been my experience there.

You can make a copy or transflow before dropping. Also if your appt in Amarillo is in the morning you can park to the right of the gate in the dirty. The lumpers will wake you up to get your bol's. but still set your alarm.

Soryy gopher I can stop with the answers now. Don't want to set on the leaders toes here.
