Some companies like to hide in the fine print that they will keep so much of your pay for the orientation expense of room and transportation if you don't stay for a certain amount of time. Trucking companies see that last check as money in their bank. What are you going to do Quit? Are you going to pay an attorney to get that check back probably not. So it's a safe bet on their part until they receive a letter head from an attorney to FORGETTTTT ABOUT U. Kinda sad people can still squeeze out this is a good company after what they did to Daniel and others. I guess your time is coming, and when it does. You probably want to leave on a super bad week in the miles department because it seems like they will find all kinds of ways to not give you your pay.

the insurance is really good here.my wife had major dental surgery and the out of pocket cost was 47.00...now that is really good.she went in for a cat scan and other tests in the emergency room awhile back because it looked like she was having a stroke and we didn't pay much out of pocket there.everything came out ok and we were happy about the insurance here.the thing I don't care about here is the bad trlrs and that wouldn't be as bad if drivers would do their part and get them fixed...an on going problem here

I have to say this last check issue is the only thing i have not been able to get resloved quickly with FRE. as far as everything else it was all good for me there. sure i make more here (steady money) and home weekends, but like I havent talked to my dispatchers for three days now. and I've been trying to let them know my truck and trailer is deadlined so come monday I have nothing to drive I guess cause I still have'nt heard from them and I have 3 dispatchers here and only 25 drivers to deal with but our safety guy knows and he's always Johnny on the spot

Man, I'm about tired of Tyson Holcomb at the moment. They're waaaaaayyyyy behind. My load had a DDT of 0315 this morning and a delivery in Amarillo at 1100. I've been here since 1600 yesterday, which was an hour after the start of the pick up window. I'm STILL waiting for it to be loaded and I'm told that "may" be around 1600. Dispatch said Tyson doesn't pay detention. Is that true? If so, wtf is up with that? If I'm lucky I may squeeze layover out of them. I'm hopeful. On the upside I've got a load out of Amarillo to Norcross. Lets hope that one's ready. Sorry......venting.
