yeah i hear ya nothing like thinking my trailer was still here in Ottawa this morning. only to find out another Driver snagged it last night and now i am waiting for this other trailer to be released so i can get my next load.

 

Hey gang...just wanted to let you hear it here first. I just sent my resignation email to Don Wilson. Since Kathi's Mom passed away last month she has had to take care of her elder father and has no other local family to help her. So I have decided to take some time off and support her and then look for a local job where I can be home at night and on weekends.

FRE has been very understanding and supportive of my situation and I thank you all for being there for us. I will be leaving home on sunday and then returning my truck to Aurora as soon as possible.

I will be around here until Gopher tells me to leave.

My mother recently fell and broke her arm and had surgery and now my dad has injured his shoulder and has to have reconstructive surgery the 22nd. We have to be there for them. I may have to hang it up too.

 

Gopher is home. Had a couple Dr appointments I have to make. They are going to clean me out and check my colon. That ain't good is it??
My Dad injured his shoulder and they are going to do reconstructive surgery. My dear sweet parents are really having some bad breaks lately. They don't get around to good. Being on the road 24/7 is about to come to an end it seems. I can't be away where I can't be there for them like I use to be. I have some serious decisions to make after Dads surgery.

Well just to cheer you guys up i am half naked (guess which half) sitting next to a pool in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica thinking about how its nice to see wild monkeys and a pool in a two story private mansion in the jungle. and not listening to stupid steering wheel holders. Just saying, Pura Vida Amigos!
