All the metal holding my left hip and femur together... And nope, I haven't been on any kind of commercial aircraft since the mid '90s...

Some of you know I was on Fast Attack Submarines, USS Drum, SSN 677 then on the USS La Jolla, SSN 701... We were loading a replacement "High PAC" when one of the chains broke... I was pinned against the bulk head, crushing my left hip and femur right above my left knee... They ended up doing a full replacement on the hip and I have a metal tube in place of part of the femur that was crushed to badly to mend back together... So, Yes, I've got quite a bit of metal in this old body...

Well I am back had to get a new account could not log in after site was hacked a few months back, been to busy to fool with it. I have 2 trucks now leased onto a company hauling pharmaceutical loads in reefers, feels good to pull a brand new reefer, maybe some of you can experience that some day. Looks like nothing has changed at FRE and they are dropping like flies around here. Hope things are getting better for you guys, well I'm outta here

oh gee wish communication would improve around here. picked up a load of Apples outta Brewster WA has 2 drops first one in York NE.
get here this morning. The Guys workers unload the one pallet, the customer contact calls me and says he is on the way over to the drop location.

so i am thinking he wants to inspect the load before I depart so I wait for him. He arrives and promptly hands me a check nice way of finding out that the Delivery was a COD delivery.

Glad I hung around and waited.

 

Since When Do We Do COD deliveries? I Would Of Left.

 

In fact I was pulling out of the driveway when he arrived with the check. was super tired and ready for some sleep at the Petro.

oh well now at ALDI in Denton TX this early morning waiting for a door. oh fun.
