I found it, you owe me! Close to connectors for Jake and cruise switch plugs.

Problem is we just can't put eyes or find this relay. I've got all 4 panels pulled off. Found 1 relay and it isn't the FSN clutch relay. Still looking though. This is becoming a headache...

You sir are awesome for that. Looks like we're just gona wire in a new relay because we still can't locate it and we can't even get into the ecm.

Well we determined that the problem was the relay causing the fan issue. But we were still unable to locate the relay itself. Unfortunately we just had to wire in a new one. But it works now. Comes on with the switch and hopefully when it hits 205*.

I found the fan clutch relay in the dash at the far right panel. It was lying in the bottom just above park brake knobs. I couldn't see it but felt it and pulled to replace.

Really...hmm. I might open my panel back up then and see if mine is down there!

Funny seeing this thread pop back up because I just discovered this fan relay buried deep inside my dash above the parking valves while I was chasing another unrelated electrica issue. It's labeled as a fan relay too. What a strange place for a relay?! Mid 90's W9 with a CAT.
