Gaming OTR

I use to console game a lot, now I break out the laptop and play WoW mostly but that's about 2-4 hours a week maybe. I've played so many games that most are just over done to me. I might check out one of the new consoles that are coming out, I do miss using a joystick. I use Verizon iPhone or the mobile hotspot to game and it is #### good since 4g is popping up even in small towns. Only thing is if you are into multiplayer games like cod halo etc. when you park at truck stops the interference from other trucks in the lot passing by or moving does effect the connection intermittently. I stopped playing games where I had to have a low ping because of that, but now surely it has improved.

I don't see how you can't have time to game, I read, do some computer stuff, game, workout all the time. You must watch tv or something.

 

If you allow Plus-1 to schedule you, you won't have time for games or TV - or eating, showering, doing laundry, slowing for construction zones or rush hour, a pee break - or anything else that doesn't 'maximize' your driving time.

 

I play WoW. Truckstop wifi sucks (latency, disconnects), terminal wifi is ok depending on which one. A tethered mobile device or something like a MiFi is the best option because its consistent. I get about 300ms with a tethered iphone which is certainly playable for casual PvP... where as I might have under 100ms with truckstop wifi for 10 minutes then it will go to 2000ms for another 10 minutes.

 

League of Legends OTR since the matches are only 20-30 mins. I use Laptop with Verizon JetPack.

 

I love to game just most days Im Burning my 14 doing Walmart loads and some days I do 2 loads in a night severwl times a. Week just exhusted afterwards then gotta eat and shower then back at it after my 10 I guess I just push out here I figure im away from my family just wanna make every dollar I can and dont take any extra time for my self doesnt matter I got 5 months then Im going local perfect time for the New Xbox 720 will be coming out a month or so later
