    Yup I'm with you, way to many variables that can get in the way when being paid by the load... And I know your not joking the work is never ending especially this time of year when everyone is having BBQ's, parties and everything else this is the busy season for trash...

    It's a grind. Construction & Debris and Refuse never stops. Not going to say it's tough verses doing LTL and Food / Beverage Work. It's a Unique WTF :D

    Republic ( BFI ) here is only Pay per load and Union ( Roll off ).
    Waste management is all screwed up here. Non and Union shops and varies of pay.

    WM has a couple great landfills. BFI has a terrible landfill with horrible access of TT's
    Not fond of BFI.
