Garmin GPS question

Same here with 330k. I have to clear the catch every 6 months or it freezes, lags and keeps rebooting.

 

I don't know if the new 570 has some of the same options as the 770. While the screen is larger, making a bit easier to read quickly, it also has a quick View side bar over on the right side. You can program several options into that side bar.

I have mine set with trip data, traffic and weather.
Should a weather or traffic alert come up, the side bar will change to the alert and announce it.

Also in that side bar I have set the up ahead. Good when you need to make a stop outside your planned route.

 

As to the size of the Garmin 770.

I run all states. Have had DOT inspections in ca, or, wa, co, tx, il and al. All with the 770 in the windshield. Have never had any inspectors say word one about it. They do ask what brand it is, because it does not look like most other Garmin units.
