Not really worth it, but what is....
It's not that hard . You just have to have a routine and stick to it.
They carriers/terminals will not tolerate screw ups...and you might have 3 products on the truck putting them into 4-5 tanks in the ground.
A lot going on if you know what I mean.

I almost six years gas hauling, it's been the easiest money i've made aside from container hauling.
$1150-1300 easykicker Thanks this. -
If you think $1300 is good money , well 20 years ago gas haulers were making that......and more.
But this is progress . -
I hauled gas for 11 years. I tell everyone getting into it tues wed will be your days off and prob night shift. that is the norm in the Cincy area.
Two best pieces of advice I can give is: ALWAYS HOOK TO THE GROUND BEFORE THE TRAILER!!! Make the product go into a tank, preferably the right one!
Secondly: CHECK YOUR BOL BEFORE LEAVING THE TERMINAL, BEFORE EXITING THE CAB, AND AGAIN BEFORE PULLING THE HANDLE! Cross drops are the most lonely feeling in the world. I had one and it is no fun... And yes they are all a big deal!jacquesi23, White_Knuckle_Newbie and Motorholmes Thank this. -
Thank you for the advice! Looking forward to trying it out. Talked with a few guys around the area that where unloading too

I did 93k my best year hauling gas. I was with a great company and worked a lot of 6 day weeks. I would say 70k would be good average at least around here starting out.

The thing I liked was steady work.

Yea I'm good with that kind of money, steady work will be good. Tired of the up and downs of otr not worth the time away from home
