agreed!this was not my hold back it was his. He just plain forgot until it was too late. My question was do the miles (since i get paid that way) show on this current week or do they count them back a week?
Thanks

Ha I was there long enough to raise a few cows have tyson process them 4 me and load them on a trailer I guess I didn't have them fat enough/didn't raise enough b/c they cut d load by 4k no big glad 2 b out of there (12 1/2 hrs)
My 1st tyson plant load and sat there for 12 1/2 but if heard of worse -
They go into the week that you turn the trip in on. So... if you ran the miles during the week of 9/7 to 9/13 (normally turned in by Tuesday the 13th) but didn't scan the trip until say the 14th (one day past cutoff,) then the trip appears in the settlement covering the week of 9/14 to 9/20. The miles are counted in that week, and you're paid for it on Friday the 23rd.
There's an easy way to deal with it... just scan the trip at the first fuel stop after you deliver. If the company fuel bonus is still handled the way it was, then you have to get your trips scanned within 72 hours (I think) of delivery to be eligible for the bonus. -
We sat once for 14 hours in Noel Mo..... The Mexican restaurant is pretty good BTW

Great post guys and thanks for all the info. I have been looking in to driving for some time now. I applied to Prime and Roehl so far. As I have read some great stuff about each company. I am leaning toward Prime just cause of the time you get driving with a trainer. I think that it will help a lot.
I have been talking with a recruiter from Prime. I know the 200 a week when you are training to get the CDL which you have to pay back. Then after it is 600 dollars or .12cpm which ever is greater. Then you get .34cpm once you become solo. Is that correct?
My questions are do you get any raises during your first year? Or is .34cpm is what you run with? Sounds like you are very happy with Prime is that correct? Also I will be moving to Alabama as the girlfriend moved for work. I don't think it will be a problem. I wanted to ask OpenRoadDreamer how he likes it also? As he is from that state.
Thank you for the thread it is very helpful to us new people. -
the. 34 cents is correct. there is a fuel bonus upto. 4 cents. if you drive the mini Pete it is more.
I do not knew about raises but if there are any must be after a year. remember. the miles pay is important. but so ate miles.
I did a ton of research and Prime. came out on top. am I happy. yep. company treats me like an important. part of the business. respects me and gives me the pay and support I need. -
I love it!!! I miss Sweet Home Alabama.... its still warm there. Not warm in Maine. If your moving close to Mobile, Montgomery, or Birmingham hometime shouldn't be a problem. If you move someplace like I do.... not sure.

She lives near Birmingham. Biggest problem is, I was going down to visit on Oct 13th - 20th. She gets tickets for the Auburn Vrs Florida game for us. As she is a big fan of Auburn. War #### Eagle. I know when I tell her I can't make it well that will go over like a fart in church. She will get over it maybe.
