Sounds like another one of these anti- government types that think just because there is a constitution, they don't have to follow any rules. When are these idiots going to realize that all this "I'm bubba mcredneck" and i can keep all the guns I want cuz there's gonna be a revolution!!" garbage is total stupidity! Give me a frippin break. They had a speed limit , most likely because people got sick of idiot coal buckets blowing through there like it's a NASCAR track, and set a speed limit. You broke it, now man up, pay the fine, and suffer the consequences of your stupidity. If you have that much trouble following a law meant for EVERYONE to follow just because you consider yourself to be one of those " sovereign citizen" fools , then you deserve the penalty. Consider yourself lucky I wasn't the judge on that case.
