General liability required?

I’ve only ran across the requirement a few times. I had it for about a year. I’ve seen it as a requirement on some confirmation sheets. Generally ignored it, without any problems.I don’t see a need for it.I would add it on if I absolutely had to, for a good paying regular load. It covers anyone hurt while unloading my Trailer, and any random incident, like someone walking into my equipment, getting hurt. Lumpers Have workman’s comp insurance. I doubt anyone could find a Lawyer willing to come after Me.Theres no money in it. Lol
