i just bought a pair in april this year and one of them started coming apart near the sidewall and ended up with broken belts causing a bad vibration..i replaced it with a used tire to match to other one and gonna run them down as far as i can. my next set i will splurge and get a set of michelin. bad experience with general tires.

Steer's are the one area I will NEVER go cheap. Not worth it no matter what way you look at it.

I have just been a Michelin man for soooo long and they have always gave me great performance, The one time I had issues with a tire Michelin was even nice enough to comp me the tire. Even if they cost more the value I see in them out weighs the price.
