That is what I was thinking. Has anyone tried hiding the heat pump under the cab? Only thing I see going wrong is maybe road debris but I am thinking some sort of shield. Maybe I am overthinking and should just mount it to the catwalk.

The Pete doesn't have a ton of room but it looked like it was doable. Might be to hot under there with the exhaust tho.

I plan on getting 2 of these generators https://www.amazon.com/Westinghouse...rd_wg=8shpN&psc=1&refRID=6PFD755FGX9S2DGHXS21 & hook them up parallel. The reason i want 2 of them is because it will be cheaper than 1 4k watt gen. By having both I can run them both when I'm running the a/c & using my cooking devices. When I'm not cooking then I just run one gen & it will burn less fuel than the 4k would. I'm looking at either one of the split a/c units or just a portable unit that I would mount on the back wall & put the vent through the sleeper.

one of my friend had this generator. he said it's a junk and troublemaker. he said it has Chinese engine. I don't know why he was talking bad about this unit but after this one he bought Honda. do research before buying it.

Thanks for the heads up. I may just buy the Honda. I can parallel the Honda also.

Keep in mind those brackets designed not for bouncing trucks. For same $50 you can make IMG_20160702_200546016.jpg
