    George Foreman had such an entertaining personality. It seemed that whatever he was going to say would always end with a funny, but self-promoting punchline.

    His boxing stories were captivating as well.

    Had Foreman defeated Mohammed Ali during the famous "Rumble in the Jungle" match, he would have been regarded as boxing's greatest champion, in my opinion.

    However, Foreman did something Ali could not by coming out of retirement to regain heavyweight champion of the world.

    Rest in peace to this boxing legend. :salute:

    I watched an interview with George Foreman one time and he was talking about one of his fights with Ali and that Ali was probably the toughest man he ever fought, and how Ali could take the punches and shrug them off.
    He said: during this particular fight, he was pounding Ali with everything he had and Ali would just keep going. It seemed like it wasn't fazing Ali. At one point, they were hugging up getting a quick breather and Ali asked in his (George's) ear: Is that all you got, man??
    George said: I remember nervously thinking to myself... Yep that's about all I got.
