Driving on 475 around Macon and this big mouth on a base station was trying to tell all truckers that since HB 673 passed it was prohibitive to talk on a cb radio while driving, so I researched the bill and it is legislation against distracted driving( similar to Dot restrictions) prohibiting electronic devices while driving a vehicle ( about time they target four wheelers) and it specifically states that cb usage is still allowed, so apparently base station blow hard was wrong. So if you drive through Georgia and are tempted to text or talk you not only have to be aware of Dot watching but also Georgia State and local boys because if there is revenue to be made they will enforce it.

Ive heard him before, he is always trying to get a rise from truck drivers, you would think I would learn to turn squelch up when in the area but you never know when something may happen that one needs to know. Unfortunately every metropolitan area has base station big mouths that have nothing better to do than cause trouble, #### shame.rabbiporkchop Thanks this.

Maybe the Fed's need to pass into law H.U.A S Bill 001 - This law is concentrated towards a certain group of society. It is mandatory to have a large person at your bedside (this is any bed in which you sleep) so the person can kick you in the middle of one's chest, to pop your head out of your ##*, before you may start your day. LOLwolverine11 Thanks this.

The statute continues but I think this is what is relevant to the discussion.
